About Company

Rising Star Human Resources, Inc. is a land based recruitment agency established in the Philippines on 22 April 2019. With a provisional license obtained in January 2024, our focus is on recruiting, placing, and dispatching Filipino workers primarily to Japan. We are expanding our recruitment efforts to other countries. This aims to provide more diverse opportunities for Filipino workers and to broaden our presence across the globe.

We are also accredited as a sending organization to engage in the placement of technical interns to Japan under the Technical Intern Training Program (TITP).

On 02 July 2024, we achieved a significant milestone by deploying our first Overseas Filipino Worker who is bound for Italy. Then, at the end of July 2024, we successfully made our inaugural deployment to Japan, sending three Marine Superintendents.
