Job Description
- Produce orthopedic footwear according to design specifications and medical requirements.
- Measure, cut, stitch, and assemble shoe components using manual and machine techniques.
- Inspect finished products for defects and consistency before packaging.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in orthopedic footwear making within the last 3 years.
- Skilled in measuring, cutting, stitching, and assembling orthopedic shoes.
- Experience with materials used in orthopedic footwear, such as leather, EVA, cork, or supportive inserts.
