Job Description
- Greet and assist visitors, check them in, and direct them to the appropriate person or office.
- Perform a variety of clerical tasks, such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and preparing documents
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments and meetings, and book conference rooms
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries, and arrange for courier pickups
- Provide basic information to clients and customers and answer inquiries in a polite and timely manner
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Female applicants are preferred for this role.
- Proficiency in office software, particularly Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- A professional and customer-oriented attitude
