Job Description
- Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the fitness floor and reception area
- Ensure classes start and end on time; coordinate with trainers on schedules
- Monitor equipment condition and coordinate maintenance when needed
- Drive membership sales through walk-ins, referrals, and follow-ups
- Track daily/weekly sales targets and report performance
- Build strong rapport with members and create a welcoming environment
- Support retention initiatives and ensure overall member satisfaction
- Work closely with coaches and operations team to ensure smooth class flow. Assist in onboarding new staff and maintaining team discipline
- Support management in planning events, promotions, and studio activities
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Female applicants are preferred for this role.
