Job Description
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming spare parts and materials.
- Store spare parts in an organized, safe, and accessible manner.
- Issue spare parts against approved requests and maintain accurate issuance records.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock or obsolete items.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
- Maintain inventory records using ERP or inventory management software.
- Ensure proper labeling, identification, and categorization of all spare parts.
- Coordinate with purchasing to replenish stock and track deliveries.
- Maintain housekeeping and safety standards within the store.
- Prepare inventory reports, stock movement reports, and monthly stock summaries.
- Identify damaged, expired, or slow-moving inventory and report for appropriate action.
- Follow company procedures for inventory control and asset management.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Others or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is an advantage.
- 5+ years of experience in warehouse or spare parts inventory management.
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or maintenance stores is preferred
- Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management practices.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) or inventory software.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills. ; Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
