Job Description
- Prepare innovative architectural concepts, detailed drawings, and construction documentation for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Design modern and contemporary building concepts that meet client expectations functional requirements, and industry best practices.
- Produce comprehensive architectural plans, elevations, sections, details, and 3D visualizations suitable for construction.
- Develop detailed construction drawings and specifications for project implementation.
- Coordinate with clients, civil and structural engineers, MEP engineers, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with approved drawings and design intent.
- Review and approve architectural shop drawings, material selections, and design modifications.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, zoning regulations, health and safety requirements, and company standards.
- Prepare project presentations, design reports, and technical documentation. Stay updated with the latest architectural design trends, sustainable building technologies, construction materials, and Building Information Modeling (BIM) practices.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Agriculture or similar fields.
- Registered Architect or eligible for professional registration is an advantage.
- Candidates must have relevant architectural experience in residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
- Must have Valid drivers license
