Job Description
- Clean, level, and smooth the area, removing old tiles and grout as needed.
- Meet with clients to discuss designs, take precise measurements, calculate needs, and plan the tile layout to minimize waste.
- Apply grout to fill the joints between tiles once the adhesive has dried.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Engineering(Civil) or similar fields.
- With at least 1 year in college or a vocational graduate to be waived from taking the IELTS / PTE English tests
- With experience in outdoor and indoor works like: Bathrooms, Kitchen, Laundy, Porch, Balconies, Pools etc.
- Experienced in Screeding, Waterproofing, Setting out, Floor and Wall Tiles, Grout and Silicone.
- Experienced in repairs abd replacements, regrouting and re-silicone.
- Strong focus on Safety, Quality and protecting our Environment.
- Must have a valid Philippines Driver's Licence.
Additional Information
- Polish and clean the finished area, remove excess grout, and perform final inspections.
