Job Description
- Prepare land for planting by plowing, cultivating, and fertilizing soil.
- Plant, water, weed, prune, and care for crops according to farming schedules.
- Harvest fruits, vegetables, or other agricultural products at the appropriate time.
- Sort, clean, grade, and pack harvested produce for storage or shipment.
- Operate and maintain agricultural machinery, tools, and equipment safely.
- Follow Japanese agricultural regulations, company policies, and workplace safety standards.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
- with JPT or JFT N4 (Passer Certificate)
