Job Description
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
- Help residents with mobility, transfers, and walking assistance.
- Monitor residents' physical and emotional condition and report any changes to supervisors.
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of residents' rooms and common areas.
- Assist with recreational activities and social interaction to promote residents' well-being.
- Work closely with nurses, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to provide quality care.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
- with JPT or JFT N4 (Passer Certificate)
- Prometric Certificate (English & Japanese Nursing Skill Test)
