Job Description
- Prepping, chopping, slicing, and filleting fish; preparing sushi rice; and assembling sushi, sashimi, and other Japanese dishes according to company standards
- Performing mise en place (organizing all ingredients and tools before service) and cleaning and tidying your workstation before, during, and after service
- Working cooperatively with other kitchen staff, assisting during peak hours
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or similar fields.
- Must have the experience in multi cuisine restaurant
