Job Description
- Monitor and oversee the infeed supply including monitoring and fine-tuning automation system, delivery of materials, blending rates, teaser speeds, infeed bed speeds and snub pressures.
- Oversee the press operation, inspections, and maintenance (within role scope) including detection, diagnosis, and rectification of plant faults (e.g., strappers, balers, auto wrappers, press automation system, hydraulics, and mobile plant).
- Analyze our operational data and production schedules to determine optimum worker and equipment settings (including, but not limited to, press cycle times, snub pressure, baler, weigh table figures, log weights, bale weights pack weights and contai
- Assist in new designs/improvements and provide feedback to the maintenance teams which would be used to develop maintenance schedules and ensure the press is running efficiently.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Chemical) or similar fields.
- Must have Valid drivers license
- Trade or degree qualified in relevant area (e.g., mechanical, hydraulic, automation, electrical).
- Previous experience as plant operator or plant maintenance in similar industry/field preferred.
- Candidate must be process engineer
