Job Description
- Provide professional food and beverage service to hotel guests
- Take guest orders accurately and serve meals and drinks promptly
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Set up and clear tables according to hotel standards
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff
- Handle guest requests and complaints courteously
- Follow hygiene, safety, and hospitality standards at all times
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Candidate must have valid passport.
- Candidate must know how to communicate in English.
- Experience working on a cruise ship and/or in a 4–5 star hotel
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Neat and professional appearance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude • Flexible with shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards preferred
