Job Description
- Access Control: Verifying IDs, managing visitor logs, and preventing unauthorized entry to residential, commercial, or restricted sites
- Surveillance and Patrol: Conducting routine physical patrols and continuously monitoring CCTV systems for suspicious activity
- Emergency Response: Serving as the first responders in crises—acting swiftly to address medical incidents, fires, or security breaches until police or emergency services arrive.
- Crowd and Traffic Control: Managing large groups or vehicle traffic at high-traffic locations such as malls, hotels, and major public events
- Documentation: Keeping daily activity logs and writing detailed incident reports.
- Patrolling: Regularly walk or drive around designated perimeters to identify suspicious behavior, property damage, or security breaches
- Access Control: Monitor entryways, verify credentials, issue visitor passes, and deter unauthorized persons from entering the premises
- Monitoring Systems: Observe CCTV monitors, alarm panels, and building controls to ensure real-time safety and detect unlawful activity
- Reporting: Maintain accurate daily logs and write detailed incident reports regarding irregularities, damages, or suspicious occurrences
- Customer Service: Provide directions, assist employees, and maintain a welcoming yet professional atmosphere
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Former Police officers or Military personnel are acceptable
- Basic first aid skill would be advantageous
