Job Description
- Prepare and cook a variety of Italian pizzas according to established recipes and restaurant standards. Produce and manage pizza dough, including mixing, proofing, portioning, and storage. Prepare pizza sauces, toppings, and other ingredients require
- Operate wood-fired, gas, or electric pizza ovens safely and efficiently. Ensure all pizzas are cooked to the correct temperature, texture, and presentation standards. Maintain consistency in portion sizes, taste, and appearance of all pizza products.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the Sous Chef or Executive Chef of ordering requirements. Minimize food waste through proper storage, rotation, and portion control. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations, including HA
- Train and assist Commis Chefs, Pizza Cooks, and kitchen assistants in proper preparation and cooking techniques. Coordinate with other kitchen sections and service staff to ensure timely and efficient food service. Assist in developing new pizza reci
- Report equipment malfunctions and maintenance issues promptly. Follow all company policies, health and safety procedures, and kitchen operational standards. Support the kitchen team during peak periods, special events, and catering functions.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- With experience in Italian Fine Dining, Casual Dining or Semi - Fine Dining is a plus
