Job Description
- Promote the product with the customer and know how to upsell items.
- Apply products on-site (e.g., makeovers or skin testing) and explain the benefits, ingredients, and application techniques.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales goals by up-selling and promoting special campaigns or new launches.
- Restock shelves, monitor inventory, process point-of-sale (POS) transactions, and keep the sales floor clean.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
- No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
- Female applicants are preferred for this role.
- Must have experience in a cosmetics business type with proven sales experience in cosmetics products.
