Job Description
- Operate and maintain a variety of manual and CNC machines, including lathes and mills. In particular, DN Solutions Puma 3100LY 4 axis horizontal lathe, DN Solutions DNM 6700 4 axis vertical machine centre equipped with newest model Fanuc Controller
- Proficient in programming in CAM software. Preferably GIBBS CAM
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
- Perform fitting, alignment, and assembly of mechanical parts and systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct tests and inspections to ensure functionality and performance.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 7 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a graduate of a four-year undergraduate course.
- Musta have a Valid Passport, Drivers License (Car Restriction), NBI and Trade Certs
Additional Information
- Overhaul and repair equipment and machinery, ensuring optimal functionality.
- Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment.
- Fabricate, repair, and assemble components to precise specifications.
