Job Description
- Assist Head Chef and Sous Chef in managing production operations.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff in proper food preparation and hygiene standards.
- Follow recipes, production plans, and ensure timely delivery.
- Check and maintain equipment and machinery in the section.
- Oversee raw materials and ensure quality control.
- Attend HACCP & ISO courses and implement standards.
- Support product development, food presentation, and assist in other units when required.
- Strong knowledge of cooking methods, time management, and team handling.
- HACCP certified; good communication and computer skills (MS Office).
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
- Diploma in Culinary / Hospitality Graduate or Professional Cookery Diploma
