Job Description
- Plant Marine Jetty Structure Construction Work (Execution)
- Establishment and management of barge and marine equipment operation plans (including barge cranes)
- Installation/technical support for plant equipment using barge cranes
- Subcontract management with marine construction subcontractors, coordination of vessels/equipment, and communication
- Preparation and submission of procedural documents in accordance with the COMPANY’s Project specifications and regulations, review of subcontract agreements, and execution of construction
- Establishment and implementation of procedures according to international marine construction standards and regulations - Technical review and improvement of marine structure installation and transportation processes
- Coordination and communication with COMPANY and Marine Construction subcontractors regarding vessels/equipment/construction schedules, etc.
- Management of construction progress, safety, and quality for marine works
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Marine); Engineering(Mechanical); Engineering(Others) or similar fields.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in marine construction, with a strong focus on jetty topside works.
- Proven experience in mechanical marine equipment installation, including loading arms, hose reels, and associated systems.
- Strong background in brownfield jetty projects, including both mechanical and structural works.
- Hands-on experience in barge arrangement and offshore erection activities for topside installations.
- Solid understanding and execution of SIMOPS in complex marine environments.
- Experience in conducting Job Safety Analysis and Marine Risk Assessments, and preparing method statements / construction procedures.
- Familiarity with international marine standards and codes (IMO, DNV, ISO, etc.) and their practical application.
- Previous experience working on projects with major oil & gas companies (e.g., ExxonMobil) will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with experience limited only to jetty substructure works (piling, concrete berth) will not be preferred.
