Job Description
- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents.
- Conduct quantity take-offs and cost analysis for road and bridge projects.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and cash flow.
- Prepare valuations, progress claims, and payment applications.
- Manage variations, change orders, and project claims.
- Review and certify subcontractor and supplier payments.
- Administer construction contracts and maintain project records.
- Prepare commercial reports and forecasts for management.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure effective cost control and project delivery.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 8 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Civil); Quantity Survey or similar fields.
- Minimum 8–15 years of quantity surveying experience in civil infrastructure projects.
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Advanced proficiency in RIB Candy Software.
- Experience managing projects from tender stage through final account settlement.
- Strong knowledge of quantity take-off, cost estimation, cost control, and contract administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional membership or certification with a recognized quantity surveying body is an advantage.
- Additional certifications in contract management or project controls are desirable.
