Job Description
- Assist in the preparation of breads, cakes, pastries, and desserts Follow instructions and standard recipes provided by senior chefs Measure and prepare ingredients accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation Ensure proper food handling, hygiene, and sanitation standards Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing ingredients properly
- Help in basic decorating and plating of desserts Clean kitchen equipment, tools, and utensils after use Support the team during busy service periods
- Report any issues or shortages to the Chef de Partie or Demi Chef Continuously learn and improve pastry and baking skills

- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
