Job Description
- Develop and bake pastries, desserts, candies, breads, and confections, mastering techniques like sugar work, chocolate tempering, and cake decorating.
- Create new recipes, update existing ones, and design seasonal menus, keeping up with food trends and dietary needs.
- Decorate and plate items beautifully for an enticing visual appeal.
- Oversee the pastry section, manage inventory, order supplies, maintain equipment, and ensure strict sanitation and safety compliance.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Preferably with work experience in Hotel, Cruise Ship, high-end Restaurant and Cafe
