Job Description
- Perform a variety of tasks across different factory and production environments
- Support daily production operations and workflow
- Handle, load, and move materials as needed
- Operate basic machinery and equipment
- Follow instructions and adapt quickly to different tasks and processes
- Ensure work is completed efficiently and meets quality standards
- Comply with workplace safety rules and regulations at all times
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Candidate must have valid passport.
- Candidate must know how to communicate in English.
- Ability to quickly learn new tasks, processes, and instructions
- Basic technical or mechanical knowledge is preferred
- Physically fit and capable of manual labor (lifting, standing for long hours)
- Willing to work in different industries (e.g., automotive, food production, logistics, electronics)
- Flexible to work shifting schedules, including night shifts and overtime
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices
