Job Description
- Diagnose, repair, and overhaul mobile and crawler cranes using electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and electronic troubleshooting methods.
- Perform crane diagnostics using Liebherr Service Software (e.g., Sculi, LIDIA) and conduct remote troubleshooting using error codes.
- Conduct inspections, preventive maintenance, and breakdown repairs, including dismantling and reassembling crane components.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards, Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S), and company policies.
- Prepare service reports, maintain work documentation, and perform on-site field service, inspections, and technical support for clients.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Engineering(Electrical/Electronic); Engineering(Mechanical) or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Must possess a valid Philippine Driver’s License (DL Code B)
- Basic knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, parts manuals, and electrical/hydraulic schematics.
- Basic computer literacy for service software usage.
- Ability to work in heavy machinery environments, including under chassis or at heights.
- Physical capability for lifting wire ropes, climbing ladders, stooping, kneeling, and crawling.
