Job Description
- Excellent spoken and written English. Strong experience in executive assistance, personal assistance, office administration, or a similar role. Valid driving license is an advantage .
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially ; Excel, Word, PowerPoint , Outlook. High level of discretion, loyalty and confidentiality. Strong problem,- solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience arranging local and international travel. Ability to work flexible hours when required. Experience supporting senior executives, business owners, or family offices.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management or similar fields.
