Job Description
- supervising and coordinating the installation, maintenance, and repair of high-voltage switchgear equipment, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards, and managing a team of electricians
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on switchgear equipment, diagnose and repair malfunctions, and implement preventive maintenance programs.
- Enforce safety regulations, conduct safety inspections, and ensure the proper use of personal protective equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical problems, diagnose faults, and implement corrective actions.
