Job Description
- Responsible for review of design and engineering documents and coordination/ preparation of shop drawings where necessary
- Responsible for the provision of technical support to site, including for preparation and review of method statements
- Preparation of technical documentation, including determination of quantities for material procurement
- Supervises Technical Office functions, including document control, controlling, scheduling, work preparation, quantity survey, site survey
- Through chief survey function, responsible for all survey works
- Document control including distribution of drawings and other technical documents for use in the works in accordance with requirements of the project quality plan
- Supervises cost control function
- Implements and maintains project quality plan for processes under his responsibility
- Cost control and pertinent reporting in accordance with the requirement
- Internal and external progress and performance reporting
- In conjunction with Project Manager defines need for update of estimates acc. Requirements
- Preparation of Bulk material quantity control of actual consumption against plan
- Preparation of cost schedule, performance sheet and internal performance report
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 8 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Prof'l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof'l License Exam) holder.
- Knowledge in SAP programs is a must
- Advance in Knowledge in Excel Program
