Job Description
- Prepare ingredients by washing, cutting, chopping, and mixing.
- Cook meals using various techniques (grilling, baking, frying, sautéing) based on recipes.
- Arrange and garnish dishes to meet company standards
- Maintain a clean, sanitized kitchen; follow food safety regulations (HACCP).
- Monitor food stock, label products, store leftovers correctly, and reorder supplies.
- Assist other team members to ensure timely order completion.
- Prior experience as a cook or in a professional kitchen.
- Proficient in various cooking methods and handling kitchen equipment.
- Strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sometimes food handler certification.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management; Others or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
