Job Description
- Dialing in espresso grinders, pulling consistent shots, and steaming milk to the correct micro-foam texture while strictly maintaining beverage quality, speed, and presentation.
- Welcoming guests, accurately taking orders through the POS system, recommending menu items based on preferences, and managing high-volume rushes with a friendly, efficient demeanor.
- Executing strict food safety standards by continuously cleaning the bar area, washing milk pitchers, and performing mandatory daily back-flushing and maintenance on the espresso machine and grinders.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Prior experience operating a commercial espresso machine and grinder (including manual milk steaming) is ideal.
- Ability to actively listen to complex drink modifications, maintain composure during busy morning peaks, and build rapport with regular customers.
- Capacity to remain on your feet for long shifts and coordinate multiple orders simultaneously without losing accuracy.
