Job Description
- Recipe Preparation: Accurately measure, weigh, and mix ingredients using scales, graduated containers, and commercial mixers.
- Baking & Decorating: Knead, roll, cut, and shape dough, and use icing, glazes, and fillings to enhance the presentation of finished products.
- Quality Control: Monitor baking processes, adjust oven temperatures, and test finished goods to guarantee consistent quality.
- Inventory Management: Monitor ingredient supplies, place orders, and rotate stock to minimize spoilage and waste.
- Sanitation: Maintain a spotless workstation, clean baking utensils, and thoroughly sanitize equipment (e.g., ovens, proofers, and refrigerators)
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
