Job Description
- Design construction projects from start to finish. Involves working directly with other architects and clients to turn their concepts into functional structures.
- Conceptualize and design buildings and develop plans describing design specifications, building materials, costs and construction schedules.
- Monitor activities on construction sites to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Prepare or supervise the preparation of drawings, specifications and other construction documents for use by contractors and tradespersons
- Prepare bidding documents, participate in contract negotiations and award construction contracts
- Conduct feasibility studies and financial analyses of building projects.
- Inspecting structures during the build, to make sure they meet requirements.
- Rendering skills using a variety of 3D Modeling software. Producing project related correspondence and reports.
- Identifying any environmental or legal issues.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Architecture / Urban Studies; Engineering(Civil) or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Must have experience in a 5 - star/hotel resort project.
- Must be an expert in software like AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion, and other relevant software.
