Job Description
- Oversee daily accounting operations and financial transactions
- Ensure accurate recording of all income and expenses
- Monitor cash flow, bank balances, and financial stability
- Review and approve journal entries and reconciliations
- Supervise processing of invoices, payments, and collections
- Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue accounts
- Ensure timely vendor payments and customer billing accuracy
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Generate management reports and financial analysis
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Present financial data to senior management
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Prof'l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof'l License Exam) holder.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional certification (CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is an advantage
- Proven experience in accounting or finance roles
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong leadership and analytical skills
