Job Description
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Promote and recommend chocolates, cakes, pastries, and other showroom products
- Monitor product freshness and proper handling of food items
- Prepare daily sales reports and coordinate with the supervisor regarding inventory and stock levels
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management; Computer Science/Information technology; Sales & Marketing or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- With experience in sales, retail, customer service, or data entry work
- Experience in handling inventory, invoices, sales reports, or encoding tasks is preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems and computer-based reporting is an advantage
- Knowledge in data encoding and record management
- Pleasing personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer or cashiering/POS knowledge is an advantage
