Job Description
- • Prepare and cook pizzas and related menu items in accordance with company recipes, standards, and portion control.
- • Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all food items at all times.
- • Independently manage day-to-day kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking schedules, and cleanliness.
- • Monitor food stock levels, place kitchen requisitions, and minimize waste.
- • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- • Train, supervise, and guide kitchen staff when required.
- • Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely order delivery and smooth service.
- • Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve food-related concerns promptly.
- • Maintain proper use and care of kitchen equipment and tools.
- • Ensure the kitchen operates efficiently during peak business hours.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or similar fields.
- • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pizza Chef in a renowned pizza chain, preferably within Middle Eastern countries.
- • Proven experience in preparing a variety of pizzas including dough preparation, sauce making, toppings, and oven handling.
- • Strong ability to manage a pizza outlet independently while maintaining quality and consistency
- • Knowledge of international food safety and hygiene standards.
- • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- • Excellent pizza-making and kitchen management skills.
- • Strong attention to detail and consistency
- • Good customer care and communication skills (mandatory)
- • Leadership and teamwork abilities.
- • Time management and organizational skills.
- • Flexible, disciplined, and reliable work ethic.
