Job Description
- • Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- • Prepare monthly financial reports, cash flow statements, and reconciliations.
- • Manage payroll processing and statutory deductions as required.
- • Ensure compliance with company policies and basic accounting standards.
- • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.
- • Oversee stock recording, stock movement, and reconciliation across retail operations.
- • Monitor inventory levels to minimize stock shortages, overstocking, and losses.
- • Conduct regular stock counts and investigate discrepancies.
- • Coordinate with retail and sales teams to ensure accurate stock reporting
- • Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the business
- • Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and documentation.
- • Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, and external stakeholders.
- • Support management with reporting, correspondence, and operational administration.
- • Ensure strong internal controls for cash handling, stock, and expenses
- • Maintain confidentiality of financial and business information.
- • Assist management with audit preparation and compliance reviews.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management or similar fields.
- • Minimum of three (3) years relevant experience in an Admin and Accounts role within the retail fashion industry.
- • Strong practical experience in accounting and stock control.
- • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in retail inventory systems and POS platforms
- • Exposure to small-to-medium retail business operations.
- • Strong accounting and numerical skills.
- • Excellent stock control and reconciliation capability
- • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- • Strong organizational and time management skills.
- • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
