Job Description
- Prepare Dangerous Goods Declarations (DGD) in accordance with IATA CBTA 7.1
- Review classification of hazardous materials to ensure compliance with IATA/GACA
- Review classification of hazardous materials to ensure compliance with IATA/GACA standards
- Package parcels according to IATA packing instructions to ensure safe air transport
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and airlines to ensure shipments are handled smoothly
- Maintain and archive shipment records and documents per regulatory requirements
- Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Others or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Valid IATA CBTA 7.1 certification
- Valid IATA CBTA 7.4 certification
- With experience knowledge of safety procedures
- Proficiency in electronic systems for documentation and shipment tracking.
- Valid driver’s license for hazardous goods transport vehicles based on the internal requirement
