Job Description
- Operate bakery production machines such as mixers, ovens, dough machines, slicers, and packing equipment.
- Monitor machine performance and ensure smooth production operations.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and report machine issues to the maintenance team.
- Conduct machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
- Ensure products meet quality and production standards.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures at all times.
- Check raw materials and machine settings before production starts.

- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
