• Present menus and provide detailed information when requested (e.g. portions, ingredients, food allergies) • Prepare tables by setting linens, silverware, and glasses • Inform customers about daily specials
• Offer menu recommendations upon request • Up-sell additional products when appropriate • Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, order slips, or memorization
• Communicate order details clearly with kitchen staff • Serve food and drink orders promptly and professionally

Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management; Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management; Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
