Job Description
- Preventative Maintenance & Inspection: Conduct regular inspections of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) and grounds to identify and repair issues before they become major problems.
- Repairs & Maintenance: Perform general repairs, including plumbing (leaks, clogs), electrical (fixtures, outlets), carpentry, painting, and drywall patching.
- Equipment Upkeep: Maintain, clean, and repair building equipment, including elevators, generators, and cleaning machines.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure the building complies with all local, state, and company safety regulations, including fire and life safety systems.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- With basic communication skills
- experience in trades like HVAC, plumbing, or electrical work.
