Job Description
- Deliver high-end table service in compliance with Saudi hospitality standards and restaurant protocols.
- Handle guest requests and complaints with professionalism and a "guest-first" attitude.
- Maintain a pristine dining environment and ensure all table settings meet luxury standards.
- Present menus, provide detailed descriptions of dishes, and offer recommendations based on guest preferences.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
- Must have strong experience in sushi preparation
- Must be very familiar with sushi bar kitchen hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Must be able to prepare different kinds of sushi Must be able to work under pressure
- Must have good experience in sushi preparation Must know how to prepare all sushi section mise en place
- Must know how to roll sushi properly
- Must have Good English communication and understanding
