Job Description
- Lead and mentor the application support team to deliver timely and effective service.
- Monitor system performance, recommend upgrades, and implement improvements. Maintain documentation of system configurations, issues, and resolutions.
- Conduct training for staff and clients on system usage and best practices.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing client systems, ensuring high availability, reliability, and security.
- Resolve system issues, incidents, and user queries (L2/L3 support) and perform root cause analysis.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Computer Science/Information technology or similar fields.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Systems, or related field.
- Proven experience in managing system support teams and maintaining business-critical applications.
