Job Description
- Strong leadership, financial knowledge (AP & AR), inventory control, reporting, and process management skills
- Ensure implementation of all administration policies and procedures.
- Monitor Click-Up tasks for renewals, compliance deadlines, and operational requirements.
- Approve and monitor purchases of office amenities, stationeries, uniforms, tools, and equipment.
- Oversee petty cash control and reconciliation. B. Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Oversee issuance and control of company assets.
- Review supplier invoices against PO and supporting documents.
- Ensure no cash payments are accepted. 3. Stock & Inventory Management A. Inventory Management & Verification and Ensure in-transit stocks are communicated to Sales, Showroom, Dispatch, Service teams.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management or similar fields.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in operations, finance, inventory, or multi-department management
- Educational Attainment: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
