Job Description
- Set up and operate manual and CNC machine tools including lathes, milling machines, grinders, and boring machines.
- Measure and inspect machined components using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, dial gauges, verniers).
- Machine automotive components such as engine blocks, cylinder heads, crankshafts, camshafts, brake components, and transmission parts.
- Diagnose machining faults and correct errors during production. Maintain accurate job records and comply with quality control procedures.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Others or similar fields.
- Experience with CNC programming and operation (advantageous)
