Job Description
- Conduct home visits to assess patient needs, deliver nursing care, and monitor health conditions.
- Provide education and counseling to individuals and families about health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Administer medications, injections, and wound care as needed.
- Assist in managing chronic illnesses such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma.
- Support immunization drives and other public health initiatives in the community.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Prof'l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof'l License Exam) holder.
- At least 1 year of Clinical Experience
