Job Description
- Independently operate CNC lathe machines (MORI SEIKI NL 2500 SY/700, MORI SEIKI CL 2000, OKUMA MULTUS U 4000, OKUMA MULTUS B 300 W).
- Perform programming, machine setup, tooling adjustments, and replacement of components to ensure efficient production.
- Conduct precise measurements and quality checks using a wide range of instruments to maintain product accuracy.
- Maintain machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Industrial); Engineering(Mechanical); Engineering(Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding); Engineering(Others) or similar fields.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience operating CNC lathe machines, with strong skills in programming, setup, and adjustments.
- Proficiency in machine control systems (OKUMA – OSP; MORI SEIKI – MITSUBISHI MSXII) and tool/workpiece probing systems.
- Ability to accurately use and calibrate precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, indicators, torque wrenches, etc.).
- Must be physically healthy with no asthma, carpal tunnel, back problems, allergies, or eczema.
- A Filipino citizen currently residing/working in the Philippines
