Job Description
- Opening/closing the restaurant, ensuring adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations, and maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Supervising, motivating, and scheduling team members, assigning specific tasks, providing training/coaching, and resolving interpersonal conflicts.
- Greeting guests, ensuring, fast/accurate service, and handling complaints in a timely, professional manner.
- Monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and managing cash handling, including balancing registers and processing payments.
- Monitoring food waste, managing table turnover, and reporting on daily, sales, and employee performance to upper management.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
