Job Description
- Calibrating, testing, and maintaining pneumatic, hydraulic, and electronic instruments to ensure accuracy.
- Diagnosing and repairing faulty control systems, transmitters, and valves to minimize downtime.
- Installing new monitoring devices and control systems according to technical manuals and blueprints.
- Updating maintenance records, logs, and procedures in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Adhering strictly to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) guidelines, including lock-out/tag-out procedures.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Others or similar fields.
- Proven experience as an Instrumentation Electrician or E&I Technician in an industrial setting
- Proficiency in reading P&IDs and loop drawings.
- Knowledgeable in installation and commissioning, from initial wiring to final testing
- Assisted with shutdowns, upgrades, and preventative maintenance programs.
- Relevant electrical or instrumentation qualifications.
