Job Description
- Repair the electrical machines, execute preventive maintenance of machines, involve in 5S/Kaizan initiatives, performing machine modification/improvements as and when needed. Take responsibility in enhancing machines performance.
- Installations and repairs the electrical / electronic of industrial equipment and machines adhering strictly to electrical manuals, diagrams and other stipulations by utilizing hand tools, power tools, test
- and electrical equipment for the machines including Sheet metal punching, bending, cutting, laser, powder coating etc. Connects power supply wires to machines and equipment, and connects cables and wires between machines and equipment,
- following manuals, schematic diagrams, using hand tools and test equipment. Carry out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks, visual maintenance, repairs, preventive maintenance, etc.
- Machine details: Trumpf Punching Trumpf Laser cutting Trumpf Bending Amada laser Yawei Bending Bystronic Bending Salvagnini Bending Ideal Line Powder coating with GEMA powder management system Seyi Press machines Electroplaing Line from Lasit Italy.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- 3 years Proven experience in maintenance Technician. Must have exp. in manufacturing industry. CNC Machine Maintenance
