Job Description
- Clean and maintain guest rooms according to hotel standards
- Make beds, change linens, and replace used towels.
- Clean bathrooms, floors, furniture, and other room areas.
- Replenish room supplies such as toiletries, tissue, and minibar items.
- Ensure rooms are tidy, sanitized, and ready for guest check-in.
- Report any damaged items or maintenance issues to the supervisor.
- Follow housekeeping procedures and safety guidelines.
- Provide courteous service when interacting with hotel guests.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Candidates must be at least 24 years old.
- Candidate must have valid passport.
- Candidate must know how to communicate in English.
- With experience in housekeeping in a 4–5 star hotel
- Physically fit and able to perform cleaning tasks.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Able to follow hotel housekeeping procedures and standards.
- Hardworking, responsible, and trustworthy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
