Job Description
- Ensure the guests are comfortably seated and provide water or initial service if required.
- Maintain cleanliness of the table during the meal (clearing used plates, refilling drinks).
- Present the bill to customers and assist with payment if required.
- Address any concerns or complaints politely and report them to the supervisor if necessary.
