Job Description
- Develop maintenance procedures for machinery and buildings and ensure implementation
- Review and report control of maintenance status including costs (MTBF, MTTR)
- Ensure compliance of Quality procedures by meeting factory targets for continuous improvement
- Ensure full implementation of Safety systems and safe practices of work
- Manage Compressed air and Water systems, HVAC and refrigeration as well as electrical and process control systems
- Identify and plan staff development ensuring technical skills to meet business needs at any time
- Analyse Business Risk and build action plans to minimise risk to core products and equipment
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Mechanical) or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Experience of working with automated equipment and instrumentation.
- Knowledge and experience in SAP Plant Maintenance is highly desirable
- experience of hands-on experience within the food manufacturing sector, ideally worked as Maintenance Manager.
- Working with a multi skilled workforce in a food or equivalent environment.
- Extensive knowledge of food processing and packaging equipment and control systems
- Solid understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
